I cannot seem to build this on arch.
i am trying this again on arch almost a year later and I still cant
get it to build, same exact error.
it's always the same error with locales even though I have set one
like the wiki told me to.

so far no one really knows how to fix it
i have my lang set
locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
why is it trying to build for all these other locales when i dont have
them set? even when i DID have them set it still failed to build, i
had all the ones it complains about set the last 2 times i tried to
get help here with this error.
