Hi,
I just double-checked with a friend not sitting behind a firewall and when he does his cvs at least all the files are available and compile ok :-(
I have no idea why these problems show up with cvsgrab and the http proxy, but I probably have to get the stuff from outside and burn everything to get it to work which sort of makes the idea of CVS rather absurd ...
Anyway,
thanks a lot to all people who helped,
Nik

hi,
you can try to do a cvs checkout with Eclipse, of course your firewall
settings should allow cvs. Neverless the IUPAC dir is not needed, maybe from
a test you could download. But the following is important to know when you
do a cvs checkout. Before you run ant make a *ant javacc*, because some
SmileParser files must be compiled. Then you can do an ant dist-large. In
cdk/dist/jar you will find the cdk jars.
best regards
