Hongmei, when you would like to use the CDK classes, you should use either 1) the latest stable release of the cdk package, or 2) use the CDK source code from SVN. The API for 2) is not available, but can be generated with one of the Ant build scripts. The API for 1) is available at: http://cdk.sourceforge.net/api/ JChemPaint 2.2.1 is using a CDK version from SVN, and no API is available for this.
