Hi, is there a way to add a namespace prefix to the elements in a CML document, that way that OpenBabel does (via the -xN<prefix> arg)?
I suppose my real question is: do I need to provide a namespace prefix when dumping CML fragments into an RSS feed? Some of the places that serve CMLRSS (such as http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/motm/index.rss) do use a namespace prefix to the elements in the CML fragment. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Rajarshi Guha <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> GPG Fingerprint: 0CCA 8EE2 2EEB 25E2 AB04 06F7 1BB9 E634 9B87 56EE ------------------------------------------------------------------- My Ethicator machine must have had a built-in moral compromise spectral phantasmatron!
