The Exception indicates that the stream from which you are reading does not
contain any content... (it mentions line 0)...
I suspect that the 'file' variable is not exactly what you think it is...
You could add code like this to make sure:
if (!(new File(file).exists())) {
System.out.println("File does not exist: " + file);
}
