Looks interesting. You make on the webpage the statement "Some of the 
functions i am using directly from the libraries,like Pharmacophore 
fingerprinting,Maximum common substructure search (MCSS) etc."... Can you 
elaborate a bit on how you did pharmacophore fingerprinting using the CDK?

BTW, I am happy to hear that you are enthousiastic about sending a project 
proposal to the Google SoC... now, let's hope the CDK gets approved as 
mentoring organization!
