I have successfully completed my M.S. project "MOLPHARM: A Chemoinformatics
Tool".

Molpharm is based on CDK for fallowing functionality Substructure search,
MCSS and fingerprinting.
This project will also be continued here at NIPER (india).
During the development of this software i got excellent support from CDK
community.I express my gratefulness to all CDK developer/user and specially
thanks to
Dr. Egon Willighagen who has directed me a right path.I am short of words to
thank
Dr.Rajarshi guha for his constant help during the matching API development.
Above all it was jiao dazhi who has speed up my work a lot.
