Dear Julian,

which version of the CDK-Taverna plug-in did you installed? Is it possible
that you had already installed a cdk-taverna plugin on the Taverna Version
1.5.2.0. If that's the case the easiest way to solve this problem would be
to look into the file plugins.xml from the Taverna-1.5.2\conf which is
located on the Document&Settings folder on windows and I think on the
.Taverna-1.5.2 folder of your home directory on linux.

This file should contain the following information:

<plugin>

    <name>CDK-Taverna</name>

    <description>Processors for the CDK-Taverna Project</description>

    <identifier>org.openscience.cdk.applications.taverna</identifier>

    <version>0.3.1.1</version>

    <provider>CDK-Taverna Repository</provider>

    <enabled>true</enabled>

    <repositories>

      <repository>http://cdk-taverna.de/m2/release_repository/</repository>

    </repositories>

    <profile>

      <artifact groupId="org.openscience.cdk.applications.taverna"
artifactId="cdk-taverna" version="0.3.1.1" />

    </profile>

    <taverna>

      <version>1.5.2.1</version>

    </taverna>

In your case the version for Taverna should be another number (1.5.2.0)!
Change this to your current Taverna Version and this should work again!

If you have still problems please email again!

Cheers,

Thomas

Betreff: [Cdk-user] cdk / taverna workbench incompatibility

To who ever it may concern,

            After installing the cdk taverna plug-in into Taverna Workbench
v 1.5.2.1 and restarting the computer and application, an error message
displays and the cdk package is listed as incompatible with the Workbench
program. The package is then removed from the list of available processors.
How would one go about fixing this?

Thank you for your time and help in advance,

Julian H.
