The Nightly service for 1.0.x is running at:

http://cheminfo.informatics.indiana.edu/~rguha/code/java/nightly-1.0.x/

Which is the J1.4 compatible branch. But I do not think all the SDG
patches have been merged yet. I will try to do a release this weekend.
