That looks like Ant is not installed properly... I have not OS/X experience (maybe someone else with OS/X who can comment?), but I did find this, which I think Bioclipse developers are using to install software: http://apache-ant.darwinports.com/ Not sure if it helps, and I do hope someone with OS/X installed can reply too...
