Hey, I am looking for the 2d coordinates of a molecule relativly to the JPanel that was used to draw on.
Neither The 2d coordinates of the molecule ( mol.getAtom().getPoint2d() ) nor the coordinates from the Renderer2DModel ( Render2DModel.getRenderingCoordinates(Atom))) seem to correspond to the positions on the panel. Is there a way to dircetly retrieve coordinates with respect to the used jpanel? If not maybe someone can tell me what the used reference system for the renderer2dModel is..?
