Hello, I am new on JChemPaint. I want to show the molecule structure by parsing a smile string. I found the code which is exact what I want from paper (The Chemistry Development Kit (CDK): An Open-Source Java Library for Chemo- and Bioinformatics J. Chem. Inf. Comput. Sci., 2003, 43 (2), pp 493–500), but it seems out of date. I modified the code ( http://metscape.ncibi.org/jcp/TestJCP2.java click here ), but I still could not see the molecule structure. Can somebody check my code and tell me what the problem is?
