Hi all, Arvid and Ola of the Bioclipse team discovered threading problems with the IChemObjectListeners used by the DefaultChemObjectBuilder classes (Atom, Bond, etc). Please be aware of this when updated Molecule content from different threads at the same time.
Alternatively, use the NoNotificationChemObjectBuilder (NNAtom, NNBond, etc).
