Hi, the applet is in heavy development right now and we would like to have feedback. Having said so, did you try the 2.5.8, I did a few days ago? Having said so, right click should not be used for connecting two atoms. If you want to connect two atoms by a new bond, you need to be in bond mode, _left_ click on one and drag to the other. If you want to fuse two atoms, you need to _left_ click one and drop it on another. Stefan
