Yes it works with demo web page (viewer and editor). So, it's not the client config (WindowsXP, FF3.5, JVM 1.6.0_15)...
To see mol files, I need to refresh them in my applet, contrary to demo web page (test with the same file). I have checked my applet code, it's the same as demo web page. The applet does not loading immediately. I can see the structure only after a refresh with en event like "on mouse over" or with a changing of browser tab (and then a come back on the good one). These Meta tag does not change anything. <META HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"> <META HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE"> Loading Smiles information instead of mol data does not really change loading time. Open function is faster than load method. I keep searching. On my Web server : java version "1.6.0_12" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_12-b04) Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.2-b01, mixed mode) PS : I think there's another problem with mol structures generated under Windows Vista ((same browser, same JVM) - files can not be opened). 2009/9/22 Stefan Kuhn <stefan.k...@ebi.ac.uk>: > Hi Angel, hi Remy, > I would like to sort these problems out.
