They are both part of JChemPaint. There are currently two JChemPaint
branches: one is used for the Swing applet and application by Chris'

This is a second branch doing further refactoring of the JChemPaint
code base, and used by the SWT wrapper used by Bioclipse.

Both use, however, CDK 1.3.x. In the past summer, I backported the new
renderer and controller code to 1.2.x.

Both branches are available as patches against a version of CDK 1.3.x.
The URL posted by Stefan shows how to get the source code used by the
JChemPaint 3.x applet. The source code for the branch used by
Bioclipse as available as git repository at:
