Greetings, Can some charitable soul please explain how to adjust the BasicBondGenerator.BondDistance property for the double bonds rendered in an aromatic ring sans ring (i.e., with no RingGenerator defined, thus rendering alternating single/double bonds)?
I've tried looping through all rings and calling DeAromatizationTool.deAromatize, but I've had no luck. BasicBondGenerator.BondDistance seems to work fine for all other double 9and triple) bonds.
