Hi,
My application, based on CDK objects, generates a large number of CDK
Molecules. I have experienced numerous outOfMemory errors, because java's
heap size was not sufficient.
In order to get an idea of the number of Molecules I can generate, given a
fixed heap size, I would need to know how much space is allocated to a
single Molecule. This, of course, supposes that only Molecule objects take
up memory space.
Is there any way to estimate the memory space needed to store one CDK
Molecule?
Thanks in advance,
Nick
