OK, still doesn't work
Properties sdfWriterProps = new Properties();
sdfWriterProps.put("writeAromaticBondTypes", "true");
writer.addChemObjectIOListener(
new PropertiesListener(sdfWriterProps)
);
writer.customizeJob();
If the bond type 4 is misused couldn't the SDF writer just write out
the kekule version?
