Hi Lochana, No new developments have been pushed to the main CDK project, I think. If I understand your question correctly, you mean going from a formula like "C4H6" and getting all connected atom containers? I'm curious as to what you need that for - it is a problem I'm slowly working on, but this particular use case is not clear to me.
