Hi, when importing CDK as maven project into eclipse, some sub-projects have build errors. E.g., SMARTSParser is not found in cdk-smarts. When looking at the files, SMARTSParser is located in tool/smarts/target/generated-sources/javacc/org/openscience/cdk/smiles/smarts/parser, however, only the sources in tool/smarts/src/main/java/org/openscience/cdk/smiles/smarts/parser are added to the corresponding package. How can I fix this?
