The README gives instructions on how to run Maven without stopping
when running into a fail, basically adding:

-Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true

The remaining fails require more extensive work, like reworking the
MMFF94 and MM2 atom typing algorithms. Like the Sybyl (mol2) atom
types, I would like these to be derived from the CDK atom types, but I
just cannot find the time for it :(
