Yes, that is expected. You can see what our build server says here: https://jenkins.bigcat.unimaas.nl/job/cdk/lastCompletedBuild/testReport/ The README gives instructions on how to run Maven without stopping when running into a fail, basically adding: -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true The remaining fails require more extensive work, like reworking the MMFF94 and MM2 atom typing algorithms.
