Yes they do Alex, but it is quite aways down their list and they don't make any inordinate claims, just that it is a good suite to use. Home Inspections is a relatively new trade in the US that became prevalent during the 90s and if run as a business as it should be OOo would be very valuable to present a professional business image.

Their $9.95 is on the high end, but at least the buyer is still getting something worth much more.
So I don't think it was spam, but rather someone unfamiliar with the system.
