Should we produce a second CD (since 2.0 will use MSI, RPM and the

nearly fill) a single CD, so there will probably only be sufficient space
for the individual installers.

Hmm...

CD1: installers for all platforms, extra dictionaries.
CD2: Documentation, extras (OpenClipart, templates etc), Flash tutorial (Which would be started by Windows auto-start - Would it need to be embedded in HTML pages for that to work properly?)....

It could probably be done that way, but there's also the ability to have a self-running flash do the intro, no HTML nor browser needed.

I can have a play around with the flash creating stuff here today and see if it looks feasible to start with. :)

DVD image... Does Windows have an auto-start for DVDs? If so, a menu screen (flash would be best, perhaps), two options - Install Software or Open Tutorial....

I think the auto-start method for windows works for all removable media rather than just CD-ROM's. Don't quote me on that though, and it might not be on all versions of windows, but we can try things out, and see what works, etc.
