Unfortunately, no. In the Solaris set, it's f0_030, in Linux f0_29. But I 
don't have access to a windows set to see.

simplest is to open 'setup.inf' in a text editor and search for 
"libsot645*.dll". That will give you the file which contains the DLL that 
needs replacing.
