thanks for your interest in our company however, our web site does say that $9 towards Media and Postal charges and for Asian countries. We do not send to US or any European countries.
 
Since in US / Europe most of the people have access to High speed internet connection, it is easy and cost effective to download or get from companies in France. This service is for countries where high speed connection is rare or expensive.
