I am the Lead Designer for the City of Greater Sudbury in Ontario
Canada and I am producing an interactive CD-ROM to promote the One-Tonne
Challenge (a federal government initiative to reduce greenhouse cuaing
gas emissions).

Currently ALL the federal government information is only available in
MS Word format (yuck!) and I have converted ALL MS Word documents to RTF
and PDF formats so individuals without MS Word can open and use the
documents we're providing.

I would like to include the Windows version of OpenOffice 1.5 on the
CD-ROM for individuals who do not have MS Word or any other reasonable
word processing package so they will be able to use the documents
provided. It's also a GREAT way to promote OpenOffice.

Can you please forward the guidelines for including OpenOffice on this
and other interacive CD-ROMs we produce in the future.

Regards
M@
