[cd-rom] All Platforms iso

When will the "all platforms" iso (English version) be available?  I'd tried 
making one myself but I can't get the file down below 800MB.

The 1.1.4 iso appeared to have the Mac version on it twice - in /Mac\ OSX and in 
/Mac\ OSX/1.1.2   Why was this?
