Not so... The ISOs are provided primarily as an additional resource, and for the benefit of those who don't want to/don't know how to create an ISO themselves. The Extras CD was created to help by collecting as many additional resources in one place as I could find. Individuals are free to add, stuff to, or remove stuff from, either of the two ISO images, or to take stuff from the extras and use it to replace one or more of the installers on the other image.
