I ordered the correct version for my Mac and I have yet to receive the
ordered version. I have tried to get them to address my issue by being
understanding as well as threatening. This has been going on since
October.
I have all emails to back up my claim, as well as the attached on line
order.
All I want is the CD for Mac 10.2+ .
I was sent program for Mac 10.3 and it does not work for me. (The PC
version I ordered is fine, but I rarely use the PC.)
Could you PLEASE help me?! I have dial-up, which is why I PAID for the
CD.
I am too busy to get nasty and go through anything I havn't already
been through.
I just want what I paid for!
