Humm, I can produce 1,000 CDs in about 2 weeks. I think it would be a
great way of getting The Coldwood Studios out there too.
I volunteer!

Hi all,
First, I hope you have had a chance to look at the new download page
for 2.0.2: it prominently features cdroms. James (of 8daysaweek) and
Anthony Long had let us know of the shortcomings of the old homepage
and download pages. I hope this fixes things.
Second, OpenOffice.org is going to be attending the upcoming (4-6
April) LinuxWorld Boston and we need cdroms, probably over a thousand,
if the past is any indicator.
Would you be able to help? I'm asking you as a favour. What I
propose, if you can help, is to donate cdroms for the event. They can
have your company's icon but should mainly display the OOo label and
contain the standard ISO for 2.0.2. As this is in Boston, we can stick
to English, I think (or whatever they speak there :-) ).
I can provide the address where they should be sent shortly. It would
be in Boston or the surrounding area.
I'll also be needing the usual collateral, such as brochures, guides,
etc., and if you can help out there, too, that would be fantastic.
Also, if you want to help staff the booth, you'll have my undying
gratitude :-) And of course, a public thank you.
Thanks!
