[cd-rom] the difference placement makes

With 2.0.2. we started using the new download page. It presents  
cdroms and downloads and p2p equally.  The prior week, cdrom page  
hits were about 3700; after, on the week ending 11 March, they were  
10,575. Quite a difference.
