Those small files are only control files that you should use as a
parameter for the BitTorrent program you use. BitTorrent will then
download the entire CD image for you, while at the same time
distributing it to other users who are using BT. You are downloading it
from the main (seeder) site and from several other people's PCs. This
system is great to lessen the load on the original distribution site.
