As I cannot determine your locale, please follow as below:

Double click Download on the top row (next to Home).
This will bring you to Download Central Page.
Under the heading of OTHER, double click cd-roms.
On this page, under the blue button, you will see :
Please select your region from the list.
Use the drop-down arrow to get your general region, and you will then get a
list of Distributors.
Look out for the latest version - for Windows it is 2.3.
Most Distributors charge only a nominal fee to cover costs and postage etc.
ALSO, if you wished, go back a page to the Download Central you will see the
green box GET 2.3.
If you double click this, making sure that you have the correct version for
your pc, you can download the program FREE OF CHARGE.
WHEN DOWNLOADING, chose the option to SAVE the file, rather than running it,
and then you can write this to cd when you are ready.
