I am the managing director of a small (but growing) business consultant. My target market is small business and my main products and services are aimed at reducing running costs for these businesses. I have just started supplying accounting software especially designed for small business but it does need the Excel platform for it to run. I would like to become a CDROM distributor for openoffice so that I can offer openoffice free with each accounting CD purchased as well as offering Free CD's to new start up companies via the Business Gateway network in this area.
I am based in Dundee and the company is called Puddock Ltd. (www.puddock.net), the software offering is not yet on the website but that is being rectified now and I would also like to put a download button on the website so that people thinking about buying the software can download a copy of openoffice. The software I am supplying is from DIY Accounting (www.diyaccounting.co.uk).
