Our organization is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit called ConnectedNation that facilitates comprehensive technology expansion efforts that both enhance the supply of available technology/broadband and create demand by catalyzing a grass roots awareness campaign. No Child Left Offline, a project of Connected Nation, is an innovative project that brings together public and private partners to help all economically disadvantaged Individuals join the Information Age. The program was specifically developed to place computers in the hands of economically disadvantaged populations so that they have access to abundant technological resources and can perform basic computing functions similar to their privileged counterparts. Therefore,we would like permission to distribute OpernOffice.org with the computers that we distribute to children in some of the most distressed areas in the country. Traditionally we have used MS Office but as a non-profit that strives to minimize costs we see your suite as a viable option for our computers.
