Welcome,
Openoffice.org do not send out cd's direct.

If you can download yourself, suggest you go to the home page:
www.openoffice.org - you can double click this link to go straight to the
site- and you will see a GREEN button 'Get Open Office'.

Choose your operating system, and follow the instructions to download.
If you are using Windows, suggest that you choose the option with Java (jrm) as
this will save you a second download if you have not already got it on your
machine.

When the 'box' comes up asking you whether you want to Run or Save, choose the
Save option, and store it in,say, your documents folder.
You can then run the program from there, or, if you wished, you could burn it
to a disc - choose the option for Data CD.

This download is free of charge.

If you think that you would rather have a disc sent to you, from the options
you see after clicking the green button, select ' Order a CD'.
This will then take you to a list of distributors. Scroll down to find your
country and then your nearest Distributor.
If you take this option, you will find that most only make a small charge to
cover their costs - this IS allowed by OO.org.

Trust this helps, but if you have any problems, please come back and we will
try to help further.

Regards

Andy Shiels
