Hi Harry and Lynn,

>From the main page of OOo, hit the "Get OpenOffice.org" button,
and then choose the CD option, which will take you to this page:

http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/index.html#cdrom

Simply scroll down the list of distributors to your country, and find
one near you. Most distributors charge a token fee to cover their
production and mailing expenses. And some include some extra Open
Source software, by way of a bonus.

The thinking is that if you are bandwidth challenged for OpenOffice.org
(which is a big file) then you may benefit from the extra offering. At
this stage it appears that OpenOffice.org is the only project to have a
body of volunteer distributors.
