Greetings

I am what is called a "computer buddy". This means that, on a voluntary basis
and unpaid, I spend four hours a week at the local library assisting people who
have problems using the Inernet or handling material downloaded from the WWW on
the library equipment.

Some people who have computers bur are not on the web, prefer to save material
in Word and take it home to view.

However some are unable to view the material on their home computer.
Investigations show that their computers have Works for Windows, a program that
cannot read Word, installed as the OEM word processor.

I would like to be able to give them basic copies of Open Office at, of course,
no charge. Can you please direct me to a "How To" do this source.

Many thanks

John Maguire
