There may be more than one issue.
the title line you use is "Office 2007 ALTERNATIVE for Windows XP & Vista" In my experience the use of the word Vista in a headline causes many problems with ebay. also the use of the word Alternative instead of compatible. This is discussed in the listing policy breaches. I was under the impression that Openoffice was not compatible with office 2007? so probably not an alternative. best of luck, but prep up on the listing policies if you do get back on.
