Yes Jeff, that is perfectly legal. The software is licensed under the LGPL 
(Limited (or Library) General Public License). This permits selling the 
software, even re-branding it.

$10 seems quite a reasonable figure, given that the  owner of the shop would 
have had to download the software (or possibly a DVD image of around 2.5 GB), 
then either burn it to a CD or DVD, or perhaps have it professionally pressed. 
When you take all that into consideration, he may be only just covering costs 
and not making any real profit. 

BTW, Dick Smith in Australia has not yet started selling it - I wish they 
would :(
