Just go to www.openoffice.org and click on 'I want to download'
make sure that you get the correct version e.g. Win32 etc, and, if you are
not sure whether you have already it on your pc, choose the option 'with
java'
Save the download - say to My Docs- and then run it after the download is
complete.
That way you have a back-up copy, which you can move to another location for
storage, or write to disc.
