Hi Steven.

There are no legal problems in what you outline, OpenOffice.org (OO.o) is Open 
Source Software (OSS), and the license permits everything you mention in 
relation to distributing and pre-installing the software.

Providing a download is fine, probably best if you do it through a kink to the 
OO.o Download Central page though, as we have a load balancer which will 
redirect the user to the best mirror available, based on their location and 
the mirror's bandwidth.
