There has been a Welsh Native Language Project of OpenOffice.org, but
it's activities seem to be stalled by now: http://cy.openoffice.org/
For local activities the native-lang projects are the best way to go,
but OpenOffice.org's main language is English, so there is no English
native-lang project where I could point you to. I believe that there are
local activities in Great Britain, but I don't know enough about them.
Perhaps you could look for people around you in one of our main mailing
lists: [email protected] and [email protected].
