Hallo, I use a YAMAHA 8424S CDRW and RedHat Linux 6.2. I got the newest CDRecord Version 1.8.1 and read the HOWTO, Readmes and the compatibility lists. Everthing works fine except burning. I created an image with mkisofs and tested it. All fine. CDRecord stops with the following message: cdrecord: I/O error send opc scsi sendcmd retryable error CDB: 54 01 00 00 00 ... status : 0x2 sense bytes: 70 00 02 00 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 04 01 00 00 sense key: 0x2 not ready sense code: 0x04 Qual 0x01 Fru 0x00 followed by an "OPC failed" - error. Anybody out there who can help me burning my frist CD?
