Hi!

I have used cdrecord with great success on 2.2.* kernels, but recently I
switched to 2.4.0-test kernel. At this point I noticed that cdrecord
doesn't find my (SCSI) burner anymore. cdrecord --scanbus outputs:

Cdrecord 1.9a05 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2000 Jrg Schilling
cdrecord: No such file or directory. Cannot open SCSI driver.
cdrecord: For possible targets try 'cdrecord -scanbus'. Make sure you are
root.

(I was root while I did that)

So, is cdrecord supposed to work with 2.4 kernels?
