There is a program xcdrdao coming with cdrdao -- I don't know how far it has
developed by now. Have you had a look at it?
And I don't know of a graphical tool where you can easily set marks in a wave
display. I usually find the trackmarks in gramofile and type the cdrda-toc
file in an editor based on the gramofile tracks.
I have a perl script flying around somewhere that checks the cdrdao tracks
for overlap and silly typos where the boundaries will not match.
I stil don't have a script which converts gramofile tracks to cdrdao toc
files, but that wouldn't be to difficult.
