NEW features of cdrtools-1.10a06:

We are now only a few releases away from the final libscg that includes
SCSI low level command transport.

cdrtools-1.10a04 added significant new features to the SCSI transport.
If you have wishes/hints for remote SCSI, please send me a mail.

All:

- Sixth phase of libscg restructuring
It seems that we don't need to change much anymore...

- include files updated to support C++ compiling

- README.compile updated

- Remove target before trying to install a hardlink.
This allows to replace old mkhybrid versions by the new
        unified mkisofs hard link.

Rscsi:

- USER= test and test for hostname are now using a pattern matcher.

        ********************************************************************
- the TARGET= label in /etc/default/rscsi has been replaced by ACCESS=
This is done to make the file /etc/default/rscsi look similar
to the file /etc/default/rmt for the rmt server that comes with 'star'.
        ********************************************************************

Cdrecord:

Cdda2wav:

Readcd:

Mkisofs:

- Disabled old (Eric style) UNIX backup special handling of
the characters '#' and '~'. This code created completely
unreadable ISO images with an endless directory loop.

TODO:
        - better Rock Rodge recognition for multi-session

        - read Joliet filenames with multi-session if no TRANS.TBL
or RR is present. I am looking for a volouteer for this task:
Peter Berendi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> announced that he likes
to be the volounteer for this task.

        - implement Yellow book compliant XA extended dir attributes

        - add libecc/edc for CDI and similar.

        - add UDF support

CYGWIN NT-4.0 NOTES:

To compile on Cygwin32, get Cygwin32-beta20 and install it.
then create a symlink from /bin to the .../bin directory where bash is located.
Now run 'make' ...
