Hi James,

Thanks for the quick reply! (And... YES, it does help!)
However, it raises a new question...
Just how *DO* I append files to an existing ISO image session?

JP>mkisofs does not write anything to a CD.
Thanks, but I don't recall saying anything about writing to a CD... yet.
 ;~)

At this point, I just want to create a single session image file. But, not
all the files will exist in the same directory and they will be small and
numerous.

I can only think of three options (help me out if you can think of more)...
a) SOMEHOW appending additional files to a single session image file
b) Passing thousands of path/file names to mkisofs on the command line
c) Modifying mkisofs by creating a new switch that passes a file name
containing a list of files to include in the image
(optionally, allow an ISO path to be specified for each file name listed -
using a modified -graft-points with FILE list algorithm)

I've been talking some with Jorg about option c above. But for some
reason, he doesn't seem too keen on the idea. (I'm not convinced that I
got across what I'm trying to do.) Of course, I probably will do it anyway
- even if just for my use. (But, I'd kinda like to contribute to the
project and meet my own requirements at the same time.) Before I began the
undertaking however, I decided to explore other options first.

Anyway... thanks again!

Brian
