I've got a CD-ROM and tried to analyze its structure. Using my
audio CD player, I found that there seem to be 4 tracks, so
I started cdrecord -toc: (comments inserted, LFs added for
better readability)

What happens to the toc reading? I thought the TOC is placed before the
data area, so why do I get I/O errors ?
How do I read this disk, and how can I duplicate it?
Is there a list of control and mode codes somewhere ?
